Founded by Omojolaade Shonekan, a professionally trained baker and pastry artist with a background in Pure & Applied Mathematics and Baking & Pastry Arts Management from Fanshawe College, JollieTreats was built on a passion for excellence, precision, and creativity. Our approach combines technical skill with artistic expression to ensure every product is made with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
